This also means that all our qualifications are registered on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) with the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) and registered with the Department of Higher Education. BMT College is registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) as a Private Higher Education Institution, Registration Number: 2011/HE07/002.

Specialising in Business and HR
Our Qualifications
We specialise in Business Management and Human Resources Management qualifications. The stand-alone Higher Certificate is perfect for students who want a quick qualification to bolster their CVs. The more robust three-year, NQF 6, Diploma qualifications are available in both Human Resources Management and Business Management. Both fields lead to the highly desirable Advanced Diploma programmes at NQF level 7, which gives students access to post-graduate studies. All the programmes are fully accredited by the Council on Higher Education (CHE) and registered with the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) on the NQF.
Our distance education
Our “no-exams, assignments only” programme format allows for flexible programme schedules, giving you the time and space to achieve your accredited qualification. The Virtual Campus is our online platform that gives you full access to all your study material, online textbooks and assignments. You can also connect with your lecturers and fellow students to make the most of your studies.

Dr Van Der Linde took the lead at BMT College over 20 years ago. Her PhD in Management Studies is the foundation for her groundbreaking thesis, which focused on enhancing the well-being of Millennials and Generation X during the COVID-19 pandemic. But her achievements don’t stop there! What sets her apart is her dedication to promoting positive emotions such as hope, acceptance, and appreciation. Dr Van Der Linde’s inspiring attitude is a true game-changer and motivates students to overcome obstacles that come their way. Her leadership paves the way for new innovations in qualifications, navigating uncertain times and preparing the next generation of students for the future.

With his incredible talent and knowledge in technology and quality management, he’s bridging the gap between the latest trends and the necessary compliances within the College. Everything you need to make a success of your studies is on the Virtual Campus. You access your study material, view your account status, check your results, download additional learning support material, or engage with your lecturer and fellow students on the Virtual Campus.
Our affordable payment plans help you finance your studies directly with the College. The small monthly debit order payments carry no additional finance or interest charges. We also accept credit cards, debit cards and monthly electronic funds transfers (EFTs).
Our lecturers, together with selected industry leaders and experts, are responsible for developing and reviewing all study material. You can rest assured that your study material is developed and supported by subject matter experts. All our lecturers are employed full-time, ensuring you stay connected with qualified industry experts.
