BMT College Open & Orientation Day – Giveaways and Bursary Terms & Conditions

1. General

  • These Terms and Conditions apply to all giveaways and the study bursary offered exclusively to attendees of the BMT College Open & Orientation Day held on Friday, 4 September 2025.
  • By participating, attendees agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • Giveaways and the bursary are open only to South African citizens who have registered for and attended the Orientation event.
  • Attendees must be 18 years or older.
  • Employees of BMT College, their families, agents, or contractors are not eligible to participate.

  • Non-registered students must also:

    • Like and share the official BMT College Orientation Day Instagram giveaway post.

    • Tag at least one friend in the comments of the post.

    • Attend the Orientation Day live event.

  • Failure to complete all requirements will result in disqualification from the giveaway and bursary draw.

3. Exclusive Giveaways

  • All attendees will receive a branded giveaway item.
  • Giveaways are subject to verification of attendance and a valid postal address.
  • BMT College reserves the right to substitute the giveaway with a similar item should stock become unavailable.

4. Full Year’s Tuition Bursary

  • One full year’s tuition bursary will be awarded to a single winner, announced live during the Orientation event.
  • The bursary is valid only for the 2025C2 intake and applies to any accredited programme offered by BMT College.
  • The bursary may be:
    • Redeemed by the winner for their own studies (if eligible and registered), OR
    • Transferred to a family member, friend, or colleague, provided that person meets the admission requirements of BMT College.
  • The bursary cannot be exchanged for cash. If the winner has already paid fees in full, the bursary may be applied to further or future studies at BMT College.
  • If the winner does not qualify for admission, the bursary is forfeited.

5. Attendance Requirement

  • The bursary winner must be present online at the time of the live draw to qualify.
  • If the winner is not present, a new winner will be selected immediately.

6. General Conditions

  • BMT College reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel the giveaways or bursary at any time.
  • Decisions made by BMT College regarding eligibility, winners, or disputes are final and binding.
  • BMT College accepts no responsibility for entries or giveaways lost due to technical issues, postal delays, or incorrect details supplied by participants.

7. Privacy

  • By participating, attendees consent to BMT College using their personal information solely for the administration of the giveaways and bursary, in accordance with the College’s Privacy Policy and POPIA compliance.
