You will learn how to calculate remuneration, periodic payments, and deductions for taxes and other legally permitted allowances. By the end of this module, you will be able to prepare and balance employee records for tax purposes based on salary records.

Module 2: Employee Well-being

Discover the essential components of the Occupational Health and Safety Act in this comprehensive module. Delve into the unique challenges of HIV/AIDS in South Africa. Learn about employee wellness and safety practices, gaining a deeper understanding of the impacts of unhealthy environments. Module 3: HRM Related Information

Subject: Organisational Behaviour

In this subject we deepen your understanding of leadership, leadership theories and implementation of leadership in the organisation. It also includes training in the workplace, how to plan for training, facilitate and evaluate training and lastly, how to identify and address the skills gap in an organisation.

Module 4:Organisational Development
